In addition to overseeing core business operations and strategic initiatives, I continue to lead and expand our Business Coaching Services practice. This allows me to work directly with entrepreneurs, helping them transform their businesses and lives.

About Chris
I have been an entrepreneur my whole life! From a paper route, to lawn jobs and my own car detailing business I learned to work hard, hustle, and provide great service.
A few years out of college, I did something everyone told me was crazy! I walked away from a great job and co-founded a software company. Our team “bootstrapped” to $2 million dollars in revenue, a dozen employees, and was acquired in year three by a public company. This launched me into sales, marketing and operations leadership at a few big companies over the next two decades.
Through the years, I learned that I had a “superpower” for scaling businesses. I helped the companies I was involved with to “move the needle” in the right direction. My journey led me to work with thousands of small business owners where I observed most of them struggling to improve their processes, simplify their businesses, and get their leadership team on board with their vision.
And that’s when I truly discovered my purpose was to help small business owners build a business that they love, that brings them more freedom, and that makes a difference in the world.
